
Clinical Pearls in Paget's Disease: Diagnosis and Treatment
Paget's disease is a skeletal growth disorder in which significant abnormalities can occur. This session will help with the identification and treatment of these abnormalities.

- Become familiar with the radiologic features of Paget's Disease

Gary Edelson, M.D.
Dr. Gary Edelson is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Rochester, MI, and a partner in Associated Endocrinologists in Farmington Hills, MI. He completed his undergraduate training at Brandeis University in Boston, MA, his medical school and residency training at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington DC, and a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He is widely published in bone and mineral, diabetes, and lipid disorders. Dr. Edelson is the Medical Director of the Osteoporosis Testing Centers in Detroit. He serves as the Chief of Endocrinology at Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, the Secretary-Treasurer of the Michigan Consortium for Osteoporosis (MCO) and currently serves on the National board of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE). His special interest is in osteoporosis, with an emphasis on densitometry and markers of bone turnover.
