2025 ISCD Conference on Skeletal Health Assessment
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

How do I create a meeting schedule for myself?
Attendees can create a personalized Meeting Plan by highlighting the specific sessions that you are most interested in. After logging into the conference website, you can browse through the available sessions by clicking on the "Agenda” tab along the top. Next to each session title you will see a star. If you want to attend that session, click the star to "Favorite.” You can then filter for your Favorite sessions for each day.

If I want to take one of the ISCD courses that are taking place before and after the Conference, do I have to register for that separately?
Yes, any of the in-person courses being offered before and after the Conference will require separate registration and payment from the 2025 ISCD Conference registration.

How do I access the session slides, and how long will they be available?
Any handouts provided by the presenter will be available in the course for 90 days following the Conference. You will find them under the “Handouts” tab after clicking on “View Session.” Files can be downloaded to save and print.

Is there a virtual option for the Conference?
Users can participate in the 2025 ISCD Conference on Skeletal Health Assessment by attending live in-person or remotely through a livestream (using Zoom). Please be aware that our livestream schedule is presented according to the US Eastern Time zone (NYC, USA).

Do I need any special technology for the virtual option?
You will need to have access to Zoom and an internet connection. We strongly recommend that you run a Zoom test prior to each session to ensure that your connection and audio and video settings are working properly.

How do I access the livestream sessions?
First, be sure you are logged in using your ISCD login credentials. Click on the Agenda tab on the Conference website, select the desired session then click on the “View Session” button. Five minutes prior to the session’s start time, you will be able to gain access to the Zoom Video for that session. Step-by-step instructions will be provided closer to the event.

If I attend multiple livestream sessions, do I need to login to each session separately?
Yes, each session will have a unique zoom link, so you will be required to go back to the Conference Agenda, click on the session name then “view session” to enter the next session you wish to view.

Will live sessions be recorded and available for viewing on-demand?
Users selecting the Livestream option can also watch recordings after the sessions are complete (usually within 24 hours) but can ONLY claim ACCME credit. Recordings will be available for 90 days after the event ends.

Will there be any recordings of the sessions made available later as enduring material (on-demand)?
Some of the Conference sessions may be repurposed later and turned into enduring material. These sessions will be offered through ISCD’s Learning Center.

What credit options are available for in-person and virtual attendees?
Participants are only able to claim one type of credit, either ACCME or ASRT, so use the following guidelines to determine your participation preference:

  • In-person: Can claim ACCME or ASRT
  • Livestream (via Zoom): Can claim ACCME or ASRT
NOTE: Users selecting the Livestream option can also watch recordings after the session, but can ONLY claim ACCME credit (recordings will be available for 90 days after the event ends).

How can I tell how many credits a session is worth?
When you browse the schedule on the Conference Agenda page, each session will list the amount of credits available.
