Activity Description

This activity was designed to allow learners to understand when vitamin D is helpful in optimizing bone health, which preparations are the best to use, and which dosing regimen is most advantageous. Attendees can listen to a clear lecture by one of the leaders in the field of vitamin D and understand the state of the art of how and when to dose vitamin D most effectively.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify under which circumstances vitamin D is helpful
2. Understand which vitamin D preparation is most useful
3. Understand which vitamin D treatment regimen and schedule is most helpful

Instructions:

Clinicians and Technologists are required to answer a set of online test questions following the review of the video and will have up to three attempts to answer questions correctly before losing credit for the activity. Once the activity test has been passed (75% or higher), you will be asked to evaluate the activity online and then be allowed to claim credit and print certificates.
