Activity Description

Many important diagnostic evaluations by sports medicine specialists are important for the non-orthopedic clinician. Sports medicine is more of a blend of specialties rather than a single specialty, and the care of the athlete requires understanding them.

Learning Objectives:

1. Describe how to approach Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport.
2. Understand how to work around injuries to allow an athlete to safely exercise.
3. Understand how to prevent injury.

Instructions:

Clinicians and Technologists are required to answer a set of online test questions following the review of the video and will have up to three attempts to answer questions correctly before losing credit for the activity. Once the activity test has been passed (75% or higher), you will be asked to evaluate the activity online and then be allowed to claim credit and print certificates.
