Leila Khan, MD

Dr. Leila Khan completed medical school at the University of Maryland, followed by residency and chief residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She then completed an endocrine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Khan joined the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2010 and became Medical Co-Director of the Calcium/Parathyroid Center in 2019.

Krupa Doshi, MD

Dr. Doshi is a clinical endocrinologist with a special interest in osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders. Her prior endeavors in this sub-specialty have included co-establishing an Endocrine Calcium Clinic at Cleveland Clinic in 2012 (with Dr. Leila Khan) and setting up clinical guidelines for management of hypercalcemia a Cleveland Clinic. Her clinical practice at Mayo Clinic Arizona (since 2016) continues to build on this interest and remains heavily focused on osteoporosis and metabolic bone diseases. In Arizona, she has partnered with Department of Biomedical Engineering at Arizona state University to conceptualize, design, and implement a study analyzing fall risk using smart phone technology in ambulatory adults with osteoporosis with and without prior falls. Her research was presented at a Plenary Poster Session at ASBMR 2018. She has also co-authored manuscripts on utilization of bone turn-over markers in osteoporosis management.
