Rheumatic diseases have the greatest impact on the musculoskeletal system and osteoporosis is a common and significant co-morbidity. In this talk I will briefly review skeletal manifestations of rheumatic diseases, with a special emphasis on osteoporosis and its prevention and management in patients with rheumatic diseases..
